Todd also promotes wireless devices, performs account management duties and provides support services designed to ensure relay users' satisfaction. Todd has over 15 years of experience in community relations, telecommunication, marketing, and outreach work with various customer bases which include Deaf, hard-of-hearing, speech-disabled, deaf-blind and hearing populations. Prior to Sprint, Todd comes from the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunication Program as the Itinerant Field Advisor where he was involved with customer support on existing and new telecommunications equipment and Relay Service products. He has both MBA and BA degrees in 1996 and 1989 respectively.

 Chameen Stratton  Chameen Stratton has been with Sprint Relay since 2003 in various positions before landing the Program Management position supporting California's CRSII Contract. Her duties include: monitoring contracts to ensure contract compliance, customer service support, outreach and acts as a non-voting liaison for Sprint on the California Relay Service Advisory Committee (CRSAC). Chameen was born and raised in Fremont, CA and received her BA from California State University, Northridge. After graduating from CSUN, Chameen worked with federal grants supporting education for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children (K-12). Todd M. Bader has been with Sprint Relay since 2003 as in Account Manager before he became Customer Relations Manager in 2007. Todd duties includes Marketing, Sales and Outreach including presentations, workshop or exhibits to various organizations and individuals, and working to ensure that Sprint offers high quality products and services to the relay users. His additional responsibilities also comprise increasing visibility to and education about Sprint Relay through managing a team of 20+ Sprint Relay Outreach Specialists , focusing on special events, targeted public relations projects, tradeshows and tours.
