Exercise your right to choose your relay provider!

Beginning December 2, 2004, when you dial 711 to access California Relay Service, your relay call will automatically be routed to one of three relay carriers - at random - unless you specify otherwise.

To select Sprint to handle ALL of your 711 calls, dial Sprint Customer Service at 1-800-676-3777 and ask them to make fill out a Sprint 711 Choice form. They will be happy to help you with your request. Then all of your 711 calls will be routed to Sprint when you are calling from home or work.
